Founded and architected a ground-up rebuild of a legacy enterprise field-operations system, replacing a sprawl of flat per-client files with a multi-tenant SaaS where new clients onboard through a web admin panel by configuration, not per-client code. It now serves a large base of client organisations. I made the foundational architecture decisions and directed delivery across backend, web, and mobile with a small, focused team chosen for deep legacy domain knowledge.
Designed and built a multi-agent LLM pipeline that analyses codebases and git history to surface technical debt, legacy code, and security vulnerabilities, turning raw source into decision-ready insight for engineering leaders.
